Based on principles of breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision, flow, integrated isolation and routine, Pilates is a fitness system that seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body.
Pilates is an excellent way to improve your health and increase your flexibility and strength. Physio-Medicine runs several Pilates classes aimed at both individuals recovering from injury and individuals looking to improve their conditioning. We keep our class sizes small to ensure one-to-one instruction to your individuals needs.
