Life is an integration of movement and creative and mental activity. By working to develop body awareness and sensory engagement we align body and mind and gain a clearer understanding.

Delivering personalized group or private sessions, Camilla fuses Hatha Vinyasa yoga with Anusara philosophy. Students flow through a range of sequences integrating sound and movement. They are encouraged to work at their own pace, investigating their bodies and spirits within a safe and supportive environment. 

Regular practice will improve focus, create clarity, open tight areas, stretch, strengthen & tone muscles and mind, free the body, build confidence and improve co-ordination and awareness.

All levels are welcome.

Camilla is a certified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher by Shri Yoga New York. She combines 20 years of dance experience with an ongoing investigation into developing body awareness. Coupled with work in performance and sound design, Camilla offers a fresh, sensory experience of the body.
