FAQ

Won't a regular massage, at a spa for example, make me feel just as good?

No. A regular massage is not clinical and is purely for relaxation purposes. If you have a physical problem, the source of the discomfort will remain until it has been addressed.

What accreditation should I look for in physiotherapists?

The physiotherapists should be a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with HPC and CSP.

How many treatments will I require?

It depends on the condition and the stage of your situation. There are three levels of pain: acute, sub-acute and chronic pain. Different levels require different treatment.

Will I get worse before I get better?

It is possible, tissues will be mobilised, capsules stretched and joints moved. Also there is a possibility that toxins will be released. There are plenty of reasons why you may feel slightly worse before you start getting better but these symptoms will disappear after 2 - 24 hours.
